Get in touch
Email leeguooooo@gmail.com with your device (Mac or iPhone and its OS version), your console’s firmware and Atmosphère versions, and what went wrong. Bug reports and feature requests are both welcome.
Troubleshooting
- The app can’t find the console. Check that your Mac (or iPhone) and the console are on the same Wi-Fi, the console is awake, it was booted into Atmosphère with sys-botbase installed, and you allowed Local Network access when asked (see System Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network).
- Buttons stopped responding after the console slept. Click Reset virtual controller in the app.
- The console doesn’t pick up the controller. On the console, open Change Grip/Order and press L+R together (Q+E by default) to assign it.
Purchases and licenses
- iPhone and Mac App Store editions After switching devices or reinstalling, tap Restore Purchases in the app.
- Direct-download Mac edition Your license key is emailed to your purchase address after payment. Enter the key and that email in the app to activate. If the email is missing, check spam first, then contact us.
- How many Macs per license? One direct-download license activates up to 3 Macs.
Requirements
- The console runs Atmosphère with sys-botbase installed. Stock firmware is not supported.
- Your device and the console are on the same Wi-Fi.
- sys-botbase provides exactly one virtual controller, so the app adds one extra controller. The keyboard and every phone control that same controller.
Privacy
